Great service from the Geek Squad when my old iPhone's battery was at its life's end. It gave new life to my iPhone 6S until I dropped it in the water. But the battery held a charge well up to that time then it held it too well as it kept the phone energized so the water could do all the damage to powered circuits. Oh well.

Had my battery replaced for my iPhone 7 Plus recently. The guy I worked with was very pleasant and the replacement was on a discount until the end of the year, so I took care of it while it was cheap. It seems to be holding up better than my old battery... not great, but better. I would replace a battery here again.

All staff were very friendly and informative. The service was also very well done.

The service was excellent and they had the part I needed. By the next day, they already had my phone ready.

My son's phone needed a screen replacement, but his battery was also at 80% capacity, so we replaced the battery at the same time. The price for battery replacement seemed pretty reasonable and Geed Squad did a great job. The battery now shows 100% capacity and lasts a noticeably longer time than it did at 80% capacity.

BestBuy made a mistake with my contact info which made this process much longer than it needed to be. But once the service was done, it was done competently.

Come in make appointment Come back in wait turn Be seen by friendly courteous inclusive tech, When I came I was acknowledged by eye contact and verbally. The problem is not the employee. I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment. 3 hours later they finished changing my IPhone 13 battery. Not recommended.

Service was prompt, clearly explained, and fairly priced. If you need an Iphone battery replaced, this is the place to go!

I have nothing but songs of praise to sing for the Best Buy Geek Squad. Jacob was a saving grace, so patient, and actually got my phone fixed lightening quick so that I would have it before I went on a 3 week vacation. They went above and beyond and gave me a lot of confidence that my money was being well spent!

When I wanted to replace the battery in my iPhone 6 Plus, I didn't want to have to travel an hour to the nearest Apple Store, when there was an authorized Apple service center in Best Buy about 10 or 15 minutes from me. So I made an appointment with them, went in at the appointed time, and in less than 1/2 hour walked out with my phone with a new battery installed. Great!
