I’m satisfied with the final product. It was the process getting there that was a little aggravating. I called ahead of time to verify when I could drop it off and how long it would take. I went and was told they couldn’t do anything that day specifically and to come back the following day. Came back following day and they said it would be done around 7-8 pm. Went back to pick up and it wasn’t ready. They accidentally shattered the screen and that would have to be replaced before I could get my phone. I was finally able to get my phone back the next evening around 6 pm. Something that was supposed to take a day took almost 3 days and went a whole two days without a phone that I do a lot of work on, so it was a huge inconvenience. All I was told was “sorry man, nothing we can do about it” when I expressed my frustration. No empathy or reassuring just nonchalant reply. They did replace the screen for free, and it works now, but it took too long from what I was originally promised and then the response was a big issue for me and not most professional. Never had issues with Geek Squad before this.

The customer service was excellent and the services was very fast! I was told that my screen protector may be damaged in the process but nothing was damaged! They did everything possible to return my phone in great condition with a new battery.

Took a long time to have the battery replaced. However, the phone is working fine post the battery and screen replacement.

A good certified service center. The battery for my phone was not in stock, so I ordered a battery for my iPhone 13 Pro. Within a week they received the battery and contacted me. The next day I left my phone at the service center. The battery replacement was completed in about 2.5 hours. After the repair, the phone holds a charge much better. I’m very satisfied with the repair and the service. Highly recommend.

The Geek Squad replaced my phone battery and it worked better. They were also very kind and easy to work with.

I was very pleased with the Geek Guys. They explained that it would take four hours to complete the battery replacement. I was concerned only because my phone is a very old smart phone but they worked their magic and it has worked perfectly.

Took in my iPhone 13 Pro for battery replacement. The geeksquad guy was very welcoming, helped me understand what they will do with my device. Whole process was over in under 3 hours.

Best Buy had the apple battery I needed on hand. It took 3 times to go to best buy before I was able to get it installed. I didn't mind that it took a few days to do, but I did not like driving an hour each way to get there when I had an appointment and it was not honored. The actual installation went well and I am happy with having a "new" phone. The photos and settings were kept.

Customer service that I needed was resolved. It was that my I Phone needed a new battery. Apparently I may have to purchase a new phone in a year or so. It is good to know of this need before it happens. Also had to purchase a new glass cover for the screen which increased the total cost of my visit. Perhaps, this could been mentioned earlier in the process. He was friendly & business like, would have loved a stool or high chair to sit on while being waited on. Have had back surgery recently. In State College, when I sought help there, there was a chair to sit on.

The Geek squad put a new battery in my iPhone. And they took care of everything. And it really didn’t take that long. They were very polite and friendly. And it didn’t cost that much. Which really surprised me.
