I went to Best Buy to get my iPhone battery replaced. The technicians were very knowledgeable and they did a great job replacing the battery. Batteries were in-stock and replacement time was roughly 45 minutes.

My batter was dying pretty quickly during the day. I called Apple and got a replacement ordered and they shipped it to BB. BB did a great job of installing it with no issues. My battery has a noticeable improvement.
I wonder what Apple has to say about this scammer?

60 days after battery replacement, the new battery can't hold a charge and I'm told by verizon its all a scam. The technology is designed to fail because that's how you sell more phones. The battery is a 3rd party knock off....what a disappointment! There goes $100. Maybe it time for a google or samsung?

My phone went for a battery replacement and it ended up not working after geek squad replaced it. Could not use it longer than 5 minutes. They said it was because when they opened the phone there was a loose cable and that in order to replace just the cable they would have to replace the whole screen that was perfectly fine and wanted to charge me another almost $400 to "fix" it. Ridiculous. My phone had no issues at all before it and I regret giving any money to them seeing that my phone came out unusable when I was just getting a battery replacement

The Geek Squad members I interacted with in store at Best Buy, Jackson, TN were GREAT. Best Buy Customer Service Rep (BENJAMIN...not in store) was rude and unprofessional. There was a three week delay in repair.

The service representative was very courteous and knowledgeable. I had the battery in my iPhone changed. It was completed relatively quickly and was not too expensive.

Since my iPhone 6s battery was replaced 2 months ago at Elk Grove bestbuy, it lasted for 2 days between changes for moderate usage. Service was fast , 1 hour browsing inside the store then it is ready.

Battery was bad they installed new one and it was good to go. The employees were professional and good at their job. If you need a replacement they are the ones to do it.

Geek Squad did an amazing job. They were very professional in explaining what they were going to do. It only took about an hour or less and my iPhone battery till this day is running great.

My iPhone6 went “dark”. I couldn’t get it to charge or wake up. The guy at customer got it to charge enough to run diagnostics. We ended up with a new battery under the Apple Battery Replacement Program.

I scheduled a battery replacement for my phone. I showed up, paid, left my phone with them, and was told to return about three hours later.
When I returned, they were really cagy and weird and said they needed until the next afternoon for the replacement. I needed the phone for the morning for a work trip, so I asked if I could just have it back and bring it back another time. At that point they admitted that they had stripped the screws trying to get into the phone. I was frustrated and tried to talk with them about options, but they essentially told me to kick rocks. The manager was rude and dismissive and the whole experience was really disappointing.
I ended up contacting Apple while sitting in the parking lot outside. This was an older iPhone and any warranties or coverage had long expired, so I didn't expect much, but I wanted them to know that their "certified" techs sucked.
Long story short, I ended up with a brand new iPhone 16 for free from Apple. I didn't push or demand or anything. Like I said, my goal was for Apple to know how terrible Best Buy was. Apple ended up going way above and beyond in their customer care. Literally the polar opposite of Best Buy.
I would absolutely not go here (Harrisonburg, VA Best Buy) for apple service.

My agent was great. The problem was my order got cancelled. I tried to call & you can’t get a person in the store so I had to make an appointment & had to wait when I got there & was told my order somehow had been cancelled. I had already payed, Agent had to make new order & I had to leave my phone for a couple of hours. Took 12 days altogether, was originally old it would be 2-3 days.

The agent fixed my screen and later after I told him replaced the battery. There was a delay in fixing it so I had to wait a few hours and I also got a screen protector put on that I was charged half price for. Ok service and ok phone.

My Apple cell phone Was not functioning correctly and I contact at the Apple store. And this was where I was referred to the Best Buy store in Lakeland as an option to get the battery changed out of my phone. Knowing that there had been a defect in the iPhone 6s battery I was a little surprised that I still ended up having to pay a fee for the battery

I got the very best customer service in my Iphone battery replacement and it was ready in two hours. I also love the new appointment scheduling but it needs to be advertised much more on your website.
