New battery lasted much better than the old one. It is a shame that they slow down with time forcing you to either replace the battery or purchase a new phone.

They are really rude at front desk the guy with white skin browns hairs and specs , he was sooo rude and even he broke my tempered glass and he was still behaving very very rude ! I will never ever visit best buy in entire life and I already report this to APPLE LEADERSHIP TEAM

I needed a new battery replacement for my older iPhone 6. Upon inspection, they weren't able to replace the battery due to Apple's physical battery security mechanism breaking, so GeekSquad had to send out for a replacement phone (for just the price of the battery replacement!). It arrived within a couple days, faster than the expected 3-4 days. Worked as intended. It even comes with a renewed 12 month AppleCare+ warranty to boot! Very satisfied with how everything turned out.

Registered online for a battery replacement and screen replacement. When we got there at our appointed time, we still had to wait in line like the time didn't matter. And they didn't even know why we were there, so the tech had to check to see if they had the right battery and screen for an iPhone 6S Plus, all of which had been specified in the scheduling. Fortunately, they had both in stock. It was 45 minutes before close (6pm early close due to Coronavirus), so he didn't think he could get it done before they closed. So, we left, planning to come back the next day when they opened. At 3 minutes till 6p, we got a text message that phone was ready to pick up. We came at opening the next day and picked up the phone. There were no problems with the replacements, and no data had been lost. All in all the service we received was good, but the scheduling process definitely needs a lot of work.
