    Both mine and my husband's batteries on our iPhone 6 needed replacement. We had 2 separate appt. schedule but the lady agent didn't have an issue taking us both when we showed up. She patiently explained what needed to be done so we knew what to expect. She was thorough and methodical. We got our phones all fixed, cleaned and ready as promised.

    Thank you Best Buy for replacing my iPhone 6 battery through the Apple Battery replacement program. It was quick and simple and much easier and convenient than making an appointment and going to the the Apple store.
