Both mine and my husband's batteries on our iPhone 6 needed replacement. We had 2 separate appt. schedule but the lady agent didn't have an issue taking us both when we showed up. She patiently explained what needed to be done so we knew what to expect. She was thorough and methodical. We got our phones all fixed, cleaned and ready as promised.

Thank you Best Buy for replacing my iPhone 6 battery through the Apple Battery replacement program.
It was quick and simple and much easier and convenient than making an appointment and going to the the Apple store.

I went to best buy to have battery replacement. Next after the battery replacement I was having issues with my phone speaker & I came back to best buy only for them to say to take it to apple after battery replacement caused speaker issue. I learned my lesson to take my Apple products that I have to take it only to apple and not best buy. I came to best buy to ask for my money return. Not to mention when I arrived to best buy in advance I also reserved a time which took someone a while to come see me. In my opinion I think best buy should train there employees throughly so this situation does not happen to someone else.
