Brought in my iPhone after taking an appointment. The technician was able to complete the battery replacement within 2 hours. Being an Apple authorized outlet, I was confident of the quality of the work done. The cost was reasonable as well.

cheaper than apple and worth the price, took about 4 hours for the change. No issues and had about 98% battery degradation after 6 months!

Had the Geek Squad replace a broken screen on my iPhone and had them replace the battery as well. Everything went just as they said it would from the cost to the exact time it was ready. Just a perfect experience.

Everything went well except for the wait time. Even with an appointment I still had to wait an additional 45 minutes before the repair started.

This portable charger came half charged.. I was able to rapidly charge my phone 3 times before I had to put it on charge it.. I have a craft show coming up at the end of the month...I think that this charger is going to do the trick...

This item was needed and did exactly as stated. Would highly recommend to others.

Izzy (#2711) and the rest of the Geek Squad involved, did a great job installing a new battery in my dead i-phone 7. I thought my phone was dead forever. I was beyond happy that they brought it back to life.

So glad to get this done. BB made this very easy to have my battery replaced. I made sure to do my backup first. This was completed within 1 1/2 hours. Phone was returned working the same as when I gave it to them but better.

Helped bring the phone back to life. Will still upgrade at some point since Apple forces you to with the constant updates.

Agents replaced battery and iPhone screen. The original iPhone screen they replaced was bad and they worked really quickly to order a new one and get it replaced. Only had 1 day of having a bad screen.

Look, i’m glad it was possible to fet service and I am thankful for that, but the battery replacement I recieved did end up scratching the bezel of my device and it took forever to check in due to the Apple repair system and archaic Best Buy one didn’t want to talk.

The agents fixed my phone screen in a timely manner and were very helpful!!

Staff was courteous and professional. I found Best Buy as a much better option to Apple store. They have the parts in stock and availability of appointments made the process easy and fast.

I took my phone in for the battery to be replaced and it was quick and painless.
