Had iPhone battery replaced. Was nice not having to go to the Genius Bar..... but ended up having to come back and get phone to work correctly. Would make the time to go to the Genius Bar.

They told me my screen protector “could”get loose during the process of changing my battery. What they didn’t tell me was that if the screen protector still looks stuck, it’s really not doing anything once the battery is changed. My screen shattered underneath the protector the day after I got my battery replaced. In addition to the $29 I spent on a battery, I now have to spend $100 to get the screen replaced and the LED fixed. I regret changing my battery in the first place at Best Buy, because at $129 for the battery and screen repairs on an old phone, this is money I could have just spent towards a newer phone.

Nothing to say about incompetence of people who are in a CB position to help but are incapable of doing so! Furthermore, they seemed to care less about even work there! 7 1/2 hours to install a battery in my phone and my phone does not work as it did before they said installing a battery was easy! Easy to destroy my phone! And a C bill for $122.00 wasted money!!!

. . .but when I tried to use phone, with new replaced battery, phone kept on shutting down, restarting, and asking for password.i will return to Geeks and hope they will fix it.

I had an appointment at 3:40PM. When i reached the store, i need to wait for 20 min to get the agent. There is no point of getting appointment, If you need to stand in line. Then the agent don't know what to do, So he keep asking my details for another 40 min. till someone else came to rescue him and process my phone for battery replacement. Overall it took one and half hour to give the phone to replace the battery. I am so disappointed with best buy service. Might go to apple directly from next time.
