Probably even more important than phone features is the battery life. When you are recharging your phone after only a few hrs of use, this gets old fast. Geek squad in an authorized Apple Service Provider. With a new battery in a fraction of the time it would take at an Apple Store, my iPhone 8 is working normally again.

Was having problems with my phone where the whole unit would get super hot and a faint purple line would appear on the screen. Turns out the battery was expanding and pressing up against the back of the LCD screen in the unit. Best Buy took out the old battery, put a new one in, and I haven't had any problems since.

Along with recommendations on s new phone in the future, with my requests, I will be purchasing the phone from Best Buy. I had the batteries replaced on both my wife's and my iPhones 7 Plus. They are paid off and we want to keep them for a while so we changed the batteries to optimize the charge to them. It is known that these batteries deteriorate over time so this was a sensible preventive measure at a good price because Apple is offering a discount. I made appointments online and the best available for us was at this Best Buy. When we arrived for our appointment we were helped rather quickly and Jonathan was assigned to do the work for us. From the start, he was polite, professional, patient and very attentive. He took his time to make sure we understood the process and answered all our questions, He clearly knows his job well. We left the phones there and were told to return at a certain time. We returned slightly early and were pleasantly surprised that the work had already be completed. Overall, this whole process went very well.

Great service. I got my battery replaced in my iphone mini. It was not expensive. Service was same day. My phone works so much better now. I really appreciate that Best Buy could update my phone so that I do not have to get a new one. Highly recommend!
