Phone is working much better now! Feel Squad was great!

It’s like I have a brand new iPhone. No issues or complications with the battery change. No loss of data.

IPhone battery replaced with excellent customer service. The Geek Squad is always professional, courteous and competent. It took less time that they predicted. I’ll go there for phone repairs again.

Battery replacement was quicker than expected and did improve my phone’s performance. Unfortunately during the process, I had to get another screen protector due to my old one being damaged during the replacement.

I was on a tight deadline but GeekSquad was able to replace my batteries ASAP. It just took them a day.

Good service, would recommend Best Buy for iphone battery replacement.

They did a great job. They uncovered some other issues and fixed those also.

Went in for a battery repair but the repair became a one month ordeal after Best Buy was unable to repair the phone on-site. There should be more warning that phones may have to be sent to Apple if the repair cannot be performed on site - we unfortunately learned this the hard way. Because Best Buy is just a middleman, much of the work relied on Apple's capability to resolve the issue. Had to send in the phone ultimately to Apple although Apple did come through in the end and replaced the phone for us. Would only recommend this service if you can take the risk that you might not get your phone back for at least 2 weeks. I'm giving the service 4 stars due to a positive outcome but I'm unsure whether to try this service again in the future.

Had agood experiance but wait at store was little longer than expected

The staff was very helpful by explaining the process and offering to put a screen protector on for me.

Its great that Best Buy is now an authorized Apple Service Provider. We only have one Apple Store in our area and it is 45 minutes away and is always very crowded. Now I can hop into either of the two local Best Buy stores near me and not have to wait for an hour before getting service. I have had battery replacements for my iPhones at both the Apple Store and Best Buy...both were equally good and efficient, but Best Buy didn't have the long line to wait in before service.

Quick in and out. Everything handled professionally, excellent work. I don't make recommendations as a practice so I would not recommend them but in my case they did great work.

I had scheduled appointment time” yet you allowed some else to go before me I waited an extra hour! Very Unprofessional on your part” it ended up going over an hour no real apology ! Why make appointments?

I was debating whether to get a new phone or just replace my battery since I have been having some issues with my phone. For a couple hundred dollars my phone is as good as new and I will be able to wait and see what new products come out after the new year. My geek squad person was helpful and informative and helped me make a great decision.
