service was incredibly long, like 4 hours on two separate days long... I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable during that time
the geek squad employee manipulated me to share personal phone contacts because he (Amir) opened the charger I needed to buy but never rang it up and the service lasted like a half hour past close.. when I texted to ask what I owe him for the charger the next day he asked me on a date?! when I didn't reply he said he was joking and that the charger cost would be written off as customer satisfaction for how long the service took.but he later texts me demanding this money from me..?
so disgusting and unprofessional, and such a stark difference from the entire rest of the staff. everyone else was honestly fantastic and I feel bad he just makes the whole company look bad

I have nothing but songs of praise to sing for the Best Buy Geek Squad. Jacob was a saving grace, so patient, and actually got my phone fixed lightening quick so that I would have it before I went on a 3 week vacation. They went above and beyond and gave me a lot of confidence that my money was being well spent!
