I went to Best Buy to get my iPhone battery replaced. The technicians were very knowledgeable and they did a great job replacing the battery. Batteries were in-stock and replacement time was roughly 45 minutes.

Got my phone checked out and had battery replaced. Works Great and stays charged. Very Happy

Since my iPhone 6s battery was replaced 2 months ago at Elk Grove bestbuy, it lasted for 2 days between changes for moderate usage. Service was fast , 1 hour browsing inside the store then it is ready.

The agent fixed my screen and later after I told him replaced the battery. There was a delay in fixing it so I had to wait a few hours and I also got a screen protector put on that I was charged half price for. Ok service and ok phone.

And this was where I was referred to the Best Buy store in Lakeland as an option to get the battery changed out of my phone. I have bought about a dozen iPhone battery replacements from Best Buy and the experience depends on the staff. Some staff treat you like a child as if I don’t know the implications of changing the battery. Other staff are efficient and as well trained as Apple staff. You get genuine parts and the schedule is more open than Apple.

I got the very best customer service in my Iphone battery replacement and it was ready in two hours. I also love the new appointment scheduling but it needs to be advertised much more on your website.

I had to get a new battery for my iPhone installed, so Best Buy was the closest store that could do it. It was an easy process-I made my appointment online and went to the store. The only thing I wish I had known was that even though I had an appointment that didn’t mean my battery would be replaced right then, I had to leave my phone and return 2-3 hours later. It would have also been helpful to know that I needed another phone with me so they could contact me when complete, the location I visited was not close to my house so I had to stay in the area.

Geek Squad was very nice. They repaired phone and I had it back within 2 hours. Emails were a bit confusing.
