Quick in and out. Everything handled professionally, excellent work. I don't make recommendations as a practice so I would not recommend them but in my case they did great work.

Went in for a battery repair but the repair became a one month ordeal after Best Buy was unable to repair the phone on-site. There should be more warning that phones may have to be sent to Apple if the repair cannot be performed on site - we unfortunately learned this the hard way. Because Best Buy is just a middleman, much of the work relied on Apple's capability to resolve the issue. Had to send in the phone ultimately to Apple although Apple did come through in the end and replaced the phone for us. Would only recommend this service if you can take the risk that you might not get your phone back for at least 2 weeks. I'm giving the service 4 stars due to a positive outcome but I'm unsure whether to try this service again in the future.

Great service tbvh. I changed my battery instead of getting a new phone and I don’t regret it at all.

Its great that Best Buy is now an authorized Apple Service Provider. We only have one Apple Store in our area and it is 45 minutes away and is always very crowded. Now I can hop into either of the two local Best Buy stores near me and not have to wait for an hour before getting service. I have had battery replacements for my iPhones at both the Apple Store and Best Buy...both were equally good and efficient, but Best Buy didn't have the long line to wait in before service.

Lengthy wait and processing of claim for iPhone under AppleCare

Needed a battery for my iPhone. Online scheduling a pain but service was great. Didn’t like leaving my phone cause I had to work but hubby picked it up.

The agents replaced my old phone battery and were very helpful.

The geek squad team patiently helped me with my phone, got me a loaner phone, and the replacement came in much faster than excepted

Job was completed well. Phone has not missed working since update.

I was debating whether to get a new phone or just replace my battery since I have been having some issues with my phone. For a couple hundred dollars my phone is as good as new and I will be able to wait and see what new products come out after the new year. My geek squad person was helpful and informative and helped me make a great decision.

Thorough job, the whole process just takes a while. Best to drop it off. Cheaper than going directly to Apple too

All staff were very friendly and informative. The service was also very well done.

Great service from the Geek Squad when my old iPhone's battery was at its life's end. It gave new life to my iPhone 6S until I dropped it in the water. But the battery held a charge well up to that time then it held it too well as it kept the phone energized so the water could do all the damage to powered circuits. Oh well.
