Needed a new battery for my old iPhone 6 and there was no apple store close by so Best Buy was gonna be it. They finished replacing the battery in about 30 minutes but told me 60 minutes just in case. Either way, it worked out for me. iPhone worked much better with new battery.

Was having trouble with my phone, and wasn’t in the position to by a new one. Geek squad took the time to walk me through possible outcomes starting with best to worst after they evaluated the issues, during a very busy day-Black Friday. Diagnostics showed able to keep my phone going with a battery replacement. Phone lasted until I could upgrade.

Scheduling was a bit of a think but the work completed was good. Cost was good. Just hated having to plan so far in advance and stand in line to see squad members. Also the lead time on the battery was not initially shared and I felt was a long time. Why are batteries not in stock? or at least an overnite item, not more than 7 days.

Timely service by knowledgeable staff. Cheaper than Apple for BestBuy members

My iphone battery would not keep a charge for quite some time! The geek squad replaced it and now I don't have that problem any more! I am so glad I didn't have to replace my iphone! The geek squad is so friendly and always know how to solve any problem you have!

My iPhone needed a battery change. Made appointment online and dropped off my phone. Came back at the appointed time and phone was ready. Battery works great and my phone suffered no ill effects. No scratches or blemishes. Great job and superb price point. Highly recommend.

So far until now my i-phone 6 plus is still running. The battery is doing it's purpose because it lasts really long even if I binge watching or surfing in the internet.

The repair scheduling hours are until 5pm, you shouldn't offer until 8pm

I have a iPhone SE, I don’t like the bigger phones but will probably be getting an XS soon. But my phone is a couple years old so the battery was pretty much at its end. Took advantage of apples battery deal and since Best Buy is part of their authorized installerit was a no brainer. New one works great and I can make it last two days if need be

I brought an Iphone 6 to replace the battery as the Health indicator had less than 80% (suggested replacement value). Under the Apple authorized deal/repair program, BB did the work without me going to a Genius Bar. It was a simple and easy transaction, took about an hour from start to finish. Be sure to book your appointment online first!

A simple appointment got the job done. Appreciated not having to schedule time to drive down to an Apple location and wait in line for a new battery.
