Setup an appointment and then came in for the appointment and only took about an hour. Not too bad.

I dropped my phone off and was told it would be ready by 4. I returned at 4 only to find the representative busy with a customer. After about 10 minutes waiting I approached her about my pickup and she responded with a rather curt answer that I should wait until she was done. I could hear people talking in the shop but nobody came out. I then approached the manager on duty and she went into the shop and came out with a tech who informed me that they could not complete the repair because they were not able to remove the security screws. As far as I’m concerned this experience is a complete failure of customer service. The only saving grace is that the manager was very courteous and apologetic. I guess I’ll have to take it to the Apple Store since your techs are not up to the simple task of removing screws.

Geek squad destroyed my iphone. Came in for a battery replacement, but they stripped my screws and denied battery replacement. I brought my phone inside to Mobile Kangaroo, where they have real expert technicians and finished the job, despite geek squad destroying my phone.

I set up a geek squad appointment for my iPhone 6 battery to be replaced. While I hoped it would be a one day process, the geek informed me the first meeting would be to run a diagnostic on my phone and the batter will be replaced at a later date. I am happy with this service as I don’t need to travel much further to an Apple store.
