The agents were great! They did a wonderful job of replacing my iPhone 13 mini battery.

Courteous staff did a great job. I booked an appointment only to find out there was no battery in stock. Would be nice to know that up front because that made the first appointment kind of a waste of my time. Then it took over a week to book the second appointment to actually replace the battery due to my schedule constraints and their availability. You should set up a waiting list for next available. Then the battery replacement itself can take 1-2 hours. Overall a lot of wasted time due to the system set up.

My battery swelled and caused my phone screen to pop off, also causing mac anxiety. I brought it to Geek Squad, they told me it was most likely an easy fix, and had it ready for me the next day. Certainly the best service, quality, and reliability.

I like that Best Buy Geek Squad is an authorized Apple iPhone repair facility. They charge the same as the Apple Store. Replacing the battery in my phone was quick and easy. No hassle. The gentleman who helped me was very considerate.

The steps / time / and process to get my Iphone battery replaced could have been better and I very much wish it had gone quicker. The staff was friendly but not enough of them to help in a timely manner. The really frustrating part is that as soon as I got my phone back, the charging station was not working consistently :(
