Jacob was a saving grace, so patient, and actually got my phone fixed lightening quick so that I would have it before I went on a 3 week vacation. They went above and beyond and gave me a lot of confidence that my money was being well spent!

The staff was very helpful by explaining the process and offering to put a screen protector on for me.

When I wanted to replace the battery in my iPhone 6 Plus, I didn't want to have to travel an hour to the nearest Apple Store, when there was an authorized Apple service center in Best Buy about 10 or 15 minutes from me. So I made an appointment with them, went in at the appointed time, and in less than 1/2 hour walked out with my phone with a new battery installed. Great!

They did a great job. They uncovered some other issues and fixed those also.
