Pain-free easy iPhone service!

Upon inspection, they weren't able to replace the battery due to Apple's physical battery security mechanism breaking, so GeekSquad had to send out for a replacement phone (for just the price of the battery replacement!). It arrived within a couple days, faster than the expected 3-4 days. Worked as intended. It even comes with a renewed 12 month AppleCare+ warranty to boot! Very satisfied with how everything turned out.
