The Geek Squad put in a new battery and it works great!

My wife's battery was dying fast and Apple still had the replacement for cheap and it was done within a few hours.

This is an excellent buy. Did not use the phone for a week and the battery did not drain at all.

Made a Monday apt for a defective vib motor in my iPhone. Came in and phone Apple tech would not be in till later that afternoon and that I would have to leave my phone or reschedule. Who can go with out their phone. So I rescheduled for a afternoon apt the very next day only to find out the prior day that I had my original apt was the last day of my warranty. I was offer no help on this and was charged for the motor which they had to order. I waited two weeks for them to call and had to call on myself to see if it was in to find out it’s been there for a week. I quickly set up my apt to install and the tech who set up made the apt to get it handle but when I showed they said once again I would have to leave my phone because the Apple tech would not be on to later. Totally frustrated I got my money back and will never use geek squad for any Apple service again.

Thought replacing my battery would have fixed the draining of my battery issue. Was i ever wrong. Besides the great customer service I can’t say I was pleased with the result. My battery still drains quickly. Maybe it’ll help you out more than me
