The battery in my 5-year-old iPhone SE 2 had dropped to 79% of original capacity, and having to be charged up constantly just to get through a couple phone calls. I had the Geek Squad successfully replace the battery. The problem was, a few hours after I picked up the phone, the rear camera quit working and the front camera malfunctioned. I am no longer able to use this for mobile deposit banking. I made several phone calls about this only to be told no, as I had not purchased the phone there. Disappointing.

Was having problems with my phone where the whole unit would get super hot and a faint purple line would appear on the screen. Turns out the battery was expanding and pressing up against the back of the LCD screen in the unit. Best Buy took out the old battery, put a new one in, and I haven't had any problems since.

Were very accommodative. Had issues with the display when replacing the battery and they replaced the screen on them. GREAT customer service

Replaced phone battery perfectly in about 30 minutes!

Geek squad replaced the battery in my iPhone. They were super kind and very professional. I will be revisiting for an explanation as to why the battery replacement did not fix my issue of a quick dying batter.

I had the batteries replaced on both my wife's and my iPhones 7 Plus. They are paid off and we want to keep them for a while so we changed the batteries to optimize the charge to them. It is known that these batteries deteriorate over time so this was a sensible preventive measure at a good price because Apple is offering a discount. I made appointments online and the best available for us was at this Best Buy. When we arrived for our appointment we were helped rather quickly and Jonathan was assigned to do the work for us. From the start, he was polite, professional, patient and very attentive. He took his time to make sure we understood the process and answered all our questions, He clearly knows his job well. We left the phones there and were told to return at a certain time. We returned slightly early and were pleasantly surprised that the work had already be completed. Overall, this whole process went very well.

The agent that repaired my battery was super nice and helpful. Seriously, appreciate the professionalism and speedy job. Thanks again.
