Great service tbvh. I changed my battery instead of getting a new phone and I don’t regret it at all.

Needed a battery for my iPhone. Online scheduling a pain but service was great. Didn’t like leaving my phone cause I had to work but hubby picked it up.

The geek squad team patiently helped me with my phone, got me a loaner phone, and the replacement came in much faster than excepted

Had my battery replaced for my iPhone 7 Plus recently. The guy I worked with was very pleasant and the replacement was on a discount until the end of the year, so I took care of it while it was cheap. It seems to be holding up better than my old battery... not great, but better. I would replace a battery here again.

Great service from the Geek Squad when my old iPhone's battery was at its life's end. It gave new life to my iPhone 6S until I dropped it in the water. But the battery held a charge well up to that time then it held it too well as it kept the phone energized so the water could do all the damage to powered circuits. Oh well.

My son's phone needed a screen replacement, but his battery was also at 80% capacity, so we replaced the battery at the same time. The price for battery replacement seemed pretty reasonable and Geed Squad did a great job. The battery now shows 100% capacity and lasts a noticeably longer time than it did at 80% capacity.

Thorough job, the whole process just takes a while. Best to drop it off. Cheaper than going directly to Apple too
