This roomba replaces one purchased 5 ish years ago. This one has more power than the old one when new. I love being able to program her and come home to a clean floor!

The Roomba must have been invented by a genius! I'm happy with this purchase since I have very little time to clean. I apparently wasn't cleaning throughly because after 3-4 sweeps of my living room, I was still picking up dust and hairs. I Put my Roomba, Consuela, to the test to see how good it cleans. I sweeped immediately after Consuela passed by and I didn't pick up one speck of dirt. Highly recommend this product!

Wonderful vacuum for everyday cleaning. I have two cats and this thing is a miracle for keeping my wood floors free of cat hair and litter. It does a very good job at getting in the corners and underneath beds. I highly highly recommend this vacuum. It does not completely replace my dyson but it does dramatically cut down on the times we need to use it.

Was very easy to get started, nice to clean and leaves carpets so nice and even clean.

This does great on our hard wood floors. We have 2 cats and it cleans the hair well. You still need to clean every once in a while but it helps tremendously.

In my tri-level house, we converted all the rooms in the middle level to wood. IRobot is very good at covering them. It might take a while, but it gets the job done. Remember to pull chairs away from the table so it can clean around the legs.

Roomba has pluses and minuses - it's nice to come to clean home everyday but a few times a week you will find it tangled up on the phone charger or string of sweater that somehow caught roomba's attention. As long as you keep the place roombaproof you'll be happy.

I really do like my Roomba 770. It cleans better than I ever thought it would. We have all hardwood and tile and a house dog. Roomba picks up dog hair and dirt. I have really been impressed with it so far. Only things negative is being a little loud if your in the same room while it runs. And the one rug it gets stuck on. Now I just roll up the rug and let it go on the bare floor.

Easy to use. Battery seems to last for a fair amount of time. Easy to clean. Would recommend to a friend.

I was amazed at how well this worked for me. I have hard wood floors throughout our house and the dust collects quickly. The first time I used the Roomba I had to empty it 3 times for dust alone on the 1st story. My allergies have improved since I got it!

I was really skeptical about paying so much for a vacuum. This roomba is really cool in the fact that it can do daily room vaccuming. It also has a side duster for bottoms of walls. I have two dogs. Here's the catch. As long as you realize this does not deep clean your carpet you will be happy. If you are expecting all dog hairs and dirt up this vaccum is not for you. If you are super busy this vacuum is perfect for you. It picks up the light load in your carpet.

Gobbles dog hair and does a great job of getting surface dirt. It cleans on a schedule without supervision, and stops and calls for help when it gets into trouble. It really does do everything that it says on the box, and does it well. This is not a must have tool though; a $60 vacuum will actually clean deeper. Even so, it does get in the tough spots every day, It keeps the house free of pet hair, and as a results helps keep household dust down to a minimum. We love it.

I walked around best buy trying to figure out what my wife would like for Christmas present and I came across the irobot roomba and I have to say it works fantastic the only negative is that the battery doesn't last long

This vacuum is great for maintenance vacuuming. I turn it on when I leave the house and when I return it has picked up a lot more than I expected. It works well on hard surfaces and on carpet. When the battery is low it is supposed to return itself to its docking station to recharge, sometimes it dies before getting to it and I have to search for the vacuum, most of the time it does get back like it is supposed to.

Overall, great everyday vacuum cleaner, that's easy to set up and operates on its own. There are a few minor issues such as that the iRobot has a tendency to get stuck around certain pieces of furniture and at times its programmed logic doesn't allow it to go and clean the places you'd want. Despite these minor setbacks, we're very happy with the product and have already given one as a gift to our family members.

No clue why I waited to buy one. Either way from the first go I (+friends and family) have been impressed. We are not messy by any means, but we have pets and kids and this thing holds up its end of the deal. We run it every other day, over carpet and wood floors and it does a solid job everytime. It weaves under chairs and room to room leaving me with a full chamber after every cycle. If you're looking at this to keep up w the mainenance cleaning; pull the trigger, it's worth it.

I have two children, a dog, a cat and a wife that loses her hair faster than I do but doesn't have a bald spot(yes I'm jealous). We have a lot of hair on the ground on any given day that can accumulate into the dread tumble weeds on our tile floors if we do not address it every other day. The roomba is a perfect solution for this purpose. It's not completely perfect but it's also not made by mystical magicians that can make pigs fly as well. You need to have realistic expectations going into this purchase. The suction is to be expected, simply ok. It helps us tremendously though. It does very well on hard smooth flooring. Carpet cleaning capability is just ok. All in all I'm very happy with the Roomba.

I love this machine! I have marble and hardwood floors throughout my apartment and I love that I can program this to run when I'm at work, and come home to noticeably clean floors. Although I wouldn't suggest this for spot cleaning (if I spill something, I use a cordless vacuum), for everyday floor cleaning, you can't beat this product. It gives me peace of mind during the week and gives me much less cleaning to do over the weekend. Highly recommend!

I did a good amount of research on the Roomba series of vacuums. I settled on the 770 as opposed to the 650 due to the fact that I have dogs and the 770 has two HEPA filters. I have to say that I absolutely love this device. My dogs are always playing and I can never sweep up all the hair that they leave on my tile and hard wood floors. I run my Roomba once a day and my floors are actually clean. Great device and I would for sure recommend anyone to buy one.
