I primarily got this for the steelbook, because I'm a collector nerd. But this is a very great package with great art, and I'm very tempted to round out the trilogy and future-proof my collection with more 4K versions of MCU classics.

I have looked at the German copies out there and wasn't impressed with the quality of the first movie. So I bought this one. Clear crisp picture, awesome sound. If there was ever a need to get a movie encased in metal it's Ironman!

This movie is the foundation of the MCU timeline and made you very excited for what was to come after you saw the post credit scene. I'll bet most people forgot that Terrance Howard was the first Rhody (future War Machine).

I thought my 4K high definition was sharp and snappy, but this UHD disc raises the picture quality bar. I’m so glad I got a UHD player. Can’t afford to replace all my Blu-ray Discs, but I will definitely replace my favorites.

The best way to own the movie that launched a multi billion dollar franchise. Iron Man 1 is a movie that holds up surprisingly well, and introduced us all to the wonderful charisma that is RDJ as Tony Stark. Beautiful artwork!

This was the first movie produced in-house by Marvel and would pave the way for a brilliant series of movies. The Iron Man movie has great characters and a great storyline which leads to a great start for the series.

For those expecting a huge step up in terms of picture quality of the old Blu-ray, prepare to be let down. This movie deserved a massive upgrade due to being the first movie in the MCU arc. The audio however is improved.

If you don't already know it, this is the film that launched the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Robert Downey Jr. looks like he was born to play this role. His combination of genius, ego, comic, eccentric billionaire industrialist and playboy are morally-challenged when he is kidnapped by terrorists in Afghanistan and he suffers shrapnel wounds to his heart. After he escapes in an "iron suit of armor" made from parts of one of his own company's weapons, he develops a new state-of-the-art iron suit of armor that can fly and has several weapons systems. A journalist finds out that his weapons have fallen into the hands of the terrorists who kidnaped him, and are being used to terrorize the local inhabitants, and challanges him to explain how they got a hold of his company's weapons. He then uses his suit to confront the terrorists and destroy their weapons stockpile. When he finds out that his business partner was behind his kidnapping, and sold his company's weapons to the terrorists, he races against the clock to stop his partner from developing an iron suit of his own and taking over the company. In the end, after defeating his colleague, he admits to the world that he is "Iron Man", and is confronted by a mysterious man who tells him that he has just become part of a much larger, mysterious group of "enhanced individuals". Thus the Marvel Cinematic Universe is born! If you have not seen this movie yet, and you love any of the Avengers and / or other Marvel superheroes other than Spiderman (i.e. Thor, Captain America for starters), then you will really enjoy this terrific movie, and especially R.D. Jr's awesome performance.

I had to buy this after watching Avengers: Endgame; it's incredible how the MCU expanded after the success of the first Iron Man movie; this Blu ray includes a digital copy, and it's an excellent movie to watch multiple times.

In retrospect, this isn't the incredibly awesome movie I remembered, but it's still excellent, Robert Downey, Jr., brings Iron Man to life, and it inspires nostalgia to see where Marvel went from this movie to End Game.

The image quality is amazing. I had this movie on dvd and decided to upgrade to a 4K since this was always my favorite marvel movie. What a difference! Also the steel-book makes a nice addition to the other ones I have.

Tony Stark changes the world ridding the world of weapons by creating a suit of armor for himself. Lots of money, cool toys and a code of justice. He's like an engineer version of Bruce Wayne. So worthy of owning

Amazing movie, and start to the marvel collection! The steelbook was shipped well and arrived with no dents, or scratches. Love my 4k steelbook, only a few 4k steelbooks away from all of the movies in 4k Steelbook.

Never owned iron man and I waited on getting it and glad it came out with a steelbook and 4k and digital copy !!!! Remeber seeing this movie the first time blew me away this is a classic to own well classic now...

This is still a solid movie and one of my favorite of the MCU. So glad to have it in glorious 4K UHD and as a Steelbook no less. I'm stoked that my MCU Steelbook collection is almost completed with this addition.

One of if not the best marvel movies that has ever been done. This is without a doubt the first marvel movie that set the bar vert high for the future marvel movies to come. 5 star movie no questions asked

My favorite MCU movie looks better than ever on 4k. The black levels are amazing and the details on the Iron Man suits is fantastic. The cave sequence has never looked so good even better than in theaters in 2008

By far my favorite superhero who brought the Marvel Universe into the light and made this amazing series of Marvel movies. Sweet Steelbook, with cool artwork and paint scheme, oh ya tons of fun extras to watch.

This 2008 movie still holds up! Without this first Iron Man movie there'd be no Avengers. Robert Downey Jr. demonstrated he's perfect for the suave, serious, and maybe slightly crazy character of Tony Stark.
