Bravo to John Favreau for going out on a limb and choosing Robert Downey Jr to play billionaire, alchoholic Tony Stark. After seeing this movie, there is no doubt in my mind that nobody else could have played this character as well as Downey Jr. Nice intro to the Iron Man character, now I cannot wait for the sequel.

I love this movie. Robert Downey Jr is fantastic in this role. If it had to pick something I dident like about this movie I would say that I hated the fact that it ended. I actually watched it 2 times in a row when I got it becaust I was so blown away by the sound and clarity of the picture. If your on the fence about it let me push you off, go get this movie. You will be happy you did.

The first time i saw iron man, i knew hardly anything about the character, so i wasn't expecting much from the movie. Of course, the trailers were awesome. but Iron man blew me away. it is a great movie, follows what i know of the comics, has a great plot with loads of extra features and has a soundtrack with classic rock and awesome custom music as well. totally worth your money.

Iron Man is probably the most heavily anticipated Blu-Ray movie release to date. The movie was out of this world in theaters, and is expected to deliver the same, if not more on Blu Ray. The movie is true to the classic comic series ironman. I would revcommend this movie to anyone who loves action, adventure, sci-fi, comedy, etc. movies. (there is something for everyone)

As I'm not really an Iron Man fan, I really wasn't expecting too much out of this, but I have to admit that I was VERY impressed with this movie, and with Robert Downey's performance. That being said, I had to own this DVD. A lot of fun! If you're a comic fanatic, don't forget to watch for the scene after the credits end (for those of you who don't already know).

This movie tells the origin story of Marvel's Iron Man. Robert Downey Jr. delivers an electrifying performance as Tony Stark/Iron Man. This movie is the 1st movie in the epic Marvel Cinematic Universe Phase 1. this Blu-ray delivers picture perfect video quality and sound. I highly recommend this Marvel Masterpiece....a must own!

The godfather of the Marvel universe, Iron Man soars as an excellent superhero movie and I can't praise it enough! Anyone who doesn't own this movie, stop what you're doing and get it! It's so worth your time!

I loved Iron Man when I went to see it in theatres and knew it would be a must have for my Blu-ray collection. The movie in Hi-Def is amazing. The only downfall of the movie is for PS3 owners...the PS3 downloads all the BD live information the the PS3 hard drive and when it is doing so stays on a load screen that may appear as if the movie has frozen.

I saw this at the movie theater it was good but when I watched it on Blu-Ray it was a hundred time better. It has alot of extras especially if you watch it all the way to the end of the movie and I mean pass the credits there is a bit after the credits that you will need to see. I would highly recommend this movie to any to add to their movie library.

If you want a movie for your collection that includes a hero definitely get Iron Man. The plot is great. A company that makes weapons sells both ways... the owner Tony Stark not knowing. It goes from there. The action is amazing and wow the graphics will dazzle you. A big bonus is that this movie will include a digital copy for all your ipod owners!!!

I am a sucker for comic book movies and Iron Man is a sure fire winner. The only issue (If You have a PS3 or Internet Connection for your Blu-Ray Player) is that upon the first loading screen the BD-Live function loads (Only one time) and takes a while. I, along with many others thought that I received one of the defective disks that were recalled. After a short wait (5-15max) the main menu loaded. Don't be discouraged if you have the iron man chest piece lighting up and nothing else is happening. Just be patient. The whole Blu-Ray experience totally makes up for this, but I bet you that the manufacturers are going to catch some heat for not warning people about this. A MUST HAVE!

This is a great movie! I have waited for a long time for a movie like this to come out and I finally got it. The interesting thing is that this is just a start for marvel movies! when the hulk came out it just helped me put the pieces of the puzzle together to hopefully marvel would come out with the advengers! hopefully coming soon!

Iron man is easily one of the most favorite comic characters ever to be created this movie dose justice to what Iron man and Tony stark are. Robert Downy Jr dose a great job as Tony Stark and his quirky attitude. this is a must buy for anyone and the extras on this will blow any comic junkies mind a must buy.

I bought this movie awhile back on DVD and the difference between DVD and blu-ray is huge. I was blown away by the detail and action shots in this movie. Robert Downey Jr. does a great job as Tony Stark and the plot follows the comic series well. This is another must buy if you have a blu-ray player.

The great thing about this movie is that the director could have totally gone all Michael Bay on this story with hours of special effects and explosions . The special effects were not overpowering but enough to satisfied . great story and the cast does a great job delivering a awesome movie

I bought the blu-ray disc that was at a good price when it came out but 34 dollars. Thats way to much for a movie, let alone for a blu-ray. The extras are great. Especially if your Blu ray player has BD live. This feature lets gives you triva question about the movie and the comic book series.

RDJ is perfect for the role of Tony Stark, as they resemble each other. Marvel did a fantastic job getting a lower key comic character and being in the same scale of success with Spiderman and X-Men. The bonus features is interesting to watch, but the experience is the quality of the Bluray!

Received this blu ray disc for Christmas. I hadn't seen the movie yet, or heard much about it, for that matter. Overall a pretty good movie - sort of disappointed that Stark's iron man suit was inferior to Obadiah Stane's suit, but I'll get over it. Looking forward to the next installment.

Iron Man is by far the best Marvel Movie out at the moment. With awsome action and great effects this movie has it all. I watched this in theaters and it was 10000 times bestter in my living room. This movie is great for the comic book fan or anyone who just loves an action packed movie.
