Returned did not work for me. -------------------

Item only works when fully charged, which means it barely ever works. Had to trade it in for a different model. I even tried fully charging it in the house took it to the car and it still didn't connect because it lost a piece of battery life in the 2 second walk to the car. Found this item perfectly useless.

The sound quality is horrible. I will definitely not get an item from them again.

It quit workin within a month. So i would not recommend this product.

1 Star. Zero stars if allowed. Could not connect at all with Bluetooth to my iPhone X. And I know how to connect Bluetooth devices to my phone. I even tried again after keeping everything plugged in a couple days later in case device needed internal charging. This product was a brick to me.

Died completely within one week. Won’t charge. Not happy

Poor sound. Phone calls not clear at all for call receiver to hear from the device.

Garbage! The Bluetooth didn't work/connect. The unit was too wide to fit on my radio so I used the extension. Fortunately I was still in the BestBuy parking so I returned it. Save yourself some time and go find something better on Amazon.

This product was not worth it very disappointed in it worked but felt very cheap and on top of that kept unuging from the Aux port and I had to reconnect it every time witch is why I returned it

I should of took back as soon as I opened. The Bluetooth item was very cheaply made of plastic. It worked for two months and then stopped working.

Worked great for the first month then out of no where stopped working? No damage or anything. You would have to try to adjust it or something for some kind of fuzzy sound to come out. Really disappointed because there was no warranty option either.

Craptastic waste of money. Call audio does not work. Music and media do, but that was not the reason for purchase. The last time my heart was this full of regret was after a bender in Vegas.

I had to exchange it for one that let's me talk & hear through my car speakers.

After having it for 3 months it already broke... well it works partially. I have to play around with it to get the sound playing as the stick wore out and now the connection is very bad. Will not buy again especially for 40$

Didn't work for me. There are some physical limitations with my charging port, and the cable was a pain in the neck.

Do not buy!! It stopped working after a few months. It would not take a charge. Best buy would not refund or swap it out

Unfortunately it is not stated clearly that it does not have calling service Bluetooth which is supposed to be the major use and function in such devices
