Had to trade it in for a different model. I even tried fully charging it in the house took it to the car and it still didn't connect because it lost a piece of battery life in the 2 second walk to the car. Found this item perfectly useless.

Could not connect at all with Bluetooth to my iPhone X. And I know how to connect Bluetooth devices to my phone. I even tried again after keeping everything plugged in a couple days later in case device needed internal charging. This product was a brick to me.

The unit was too wide to fit on my radio so I used the extension. Fortunately I was still in the BestBuy parking so I returned it. Save yourself some time and go find something better on Amazon.

You would have to try to adjust it or something for some kind of fuzzy sound to come out. Really disappointed because there was no warranty option either.
