I just was getting into horror movies when this movie was coming out. I enjoyed it for the most part. There was some good things and bad things about it. But it is legit the best Steven king movie I have seen and I can't wait for the sequel

A terrifyingly fun adventure of a movie. Absolutely love this adaptation of the Stephen King novel. A must have for any Stephen King fan.

The make up and cinematography a fantastic. Bringing this movie home was great very dark Stephen King Book was transfer into this first part of it

This is almost exactly how I pictured this in my mind as I read the book 30 years ago. Very well done. I can’t wait for the second half to be done.

You need to catch this release especially with the upcoming release of Part 2. Don't watch alone if you want to have a good nights sleep

It was great and scary at times but not nearly as good as the original in my opinion. Hard to fully judge it since part 2 hasn’t released yet.

Great movie at a great price. I also like that I can buy Blu-Ray with a 4K copy, I don't have a 4K TV yet but I will be ready when I do.

Best one so far. I cant wait to see Chapter 2 of this series. I heard they just finished filming and will be out October '2019. Good Stuff!

Steven King's evil clown, Pennywise, has been updated for the big screen in 2017's box office smash, IT. Based on King's 1986 novel, the film is the first chapter of an intended two chapter story. What really separates this film from other recent horror entries is its depiction of childhood friendship. Without this element, it would devolve into the predictable jump scare-fest that we have seen so much in modern "horror" films. You really get attached to "The Loser Club" characters as we see them come together to battle Pennywise. The filmmakers really hit one out of the park with their casting decisions for this film. Child actors can be so hit or miss in films, but here I never really got that impression. The Best Buy exclusive steelbook contains the 4K and Blu-ray discs, as well as a digital code that can be redeemed through UltraViolet and Movies Anywhere. I don't have a 4K setup as of yet, but the Blu-ray presentation is excellent. The video is very good, although a bit muted (intentional for the story). The audio is fantastic, and for those interested, the disc includes a Dolby Atmos soundtrack (awesome). As for special features, there are three featurettes and eleven deleted/extended scenes. Nothing earth-shattering here, but they make a nice addition to the overall package. This steelbook comes highly recommended and is a worthwhile addition to any collection.

The attention to detail, the subtle but effective comedic undertone and the exquisite cinematography not only do the original title proud, they make this re-imagining of the original classic even better than its predecessor.

This was probably one of the best remakes of a horror movie. TCM was a really good remake, but this one was really close to the original.

The remake is scary to me. I love it. I bought the 4k version but when I found out there was a steelbook coming out, I had to get it.

A updated Stephen King horror movie it...can be very scary for small kids & well as older kids, but most teenagers will be okay.

This movie is a remake of Stephen King’s It. And it is really scary with some graphic and chilling scenes. It maybe too scary for small kids, but if you liked the older version, you definitely want to check out the remake.

I loves IT as a kid and love this version as well. The casting is great and the team of kids are hilarious! Cant wait for the sequel.

One of the few horror movies my wife and son like. It’s a bit long and drawn out for me but any movie we can bond over is alright with me. It definitely runs circles around the TV version which is beyond cheesy now.
