"It" just did not live up to the hype

I thought that this might be good enough to join the ranks of "Halloween" and "Friday the 13th" but it fell flat on it's red balloon. Pennywise turned out to be more mentally unstable than scary.

Read the book but did not enjoy the movie

The mood was established and the horror was pretty intense in print but the movie did not bring out the creepiness of the clown

Steelcase was broken

Called store, all were like that. Had to drive an hour to return it for regular 4K copy. Disappointing
