    Product is great in theory but after a few weeks it begins to act up. When you call itouchless for support they give you the run around and email you all kinds of forms for a replacement. And when that’s done they still want more. Not worth the phone call and multiple emails for a trash can

    Works ok - but can get one very similar for a lot less money. the part that holds the liner is cheap plastic
