Sensor is not very good, and it broke after 8 months of use

The sensor on the trashcan did not work at all. I used 3 sets of batteries and no results. The wasteback on the trash can was extremely small. I returned back to the store.

Worked 1 time. With Best Buy differently taking away my 45 day return period I didn't have time to troubleshoot with iTouchless so returned and will not be buying another.

I was in love with this trashcan. Unfortunately it only worked for about two weeks we tried everything but it just doesn’t work as a touchless. I feel I wasted my money

The automatic top worked for about 6 weeks. Now i manually open it.

I've had this product for about one year and am able to give it a fair review. It's a nice trash, is attractive, works with standard 13 gal trash bags but the automated part needs work. It is very annoying that they do not include the power adapter with the original purchase and that it's an add-on. I put in the batteries and they did last awhile but when the lid started to barely open, I figured they were needing replacement so I purchased the power adapter instead. You can read my power adapter review; however, this did NOT solve my problem. When I waive my hand in front of the senser, the lid only opens about 1 inch and then you have to manually open the lid. I also like the idea of the carbon filter but I'm unsure if it works and it recommends these be replaced every three months. Best Buy does not carry these so I'll have to contact itouchless directly or look to Amazon. Overall, it's just ok but I'd purchase again if I got it for the right price.

It works great and so far the whole family is very happy with it and it looks good too it’s also easy to maintain

It is perfect size, just slightly longer than my foot, yet holds so much! Then I got the adapter and plug it in nearby though can also use batteries. No smells due to carbon thingy, and only opens when need it to. It sits right where walk in kitchen and when fridge door open all the way it's right next to it, yet it never opens, only when you go to it deposit trash, magical, yaay!

Bought as a gift for my mother (73). She loves the hands free thing. It doesn't come with batteries or power adapter, so make sure you pick that up at same time if you want to use it as soon as you get home.

The best trash can thus far. Amazing and convenient.
