Such an amazing 4K transfer, I watch this movie every Christmas. Absolute favorite

This is a classic movie and I am excited to start a new tradition every Christmas with my husband and future family. Feel good movie and puts life into perspective.

It's a classic, but with improved image quality,detail and excellent grey scale, it is worth the investment. And though I don't generally like colorized versions, this one isn't bad.

I used to watch this with family as a kid around Christmas time every year. It is a great classic, just watch it. I didn't realize that this version also brought the black and white and colorized version.

If you find it on sale, this is a must have for Christmas. Thankfully its the black and white, and it looks fantastic.

What a gorgeous steelbook of this timeless Christmas movie starring Jimmy Stewart and Donna Reed! I sincerely have to say it looks absolutely stunning in 4K UHD. It has never looked so good for all of us that were not there in the theatrical run. Not only do we get the 4K disc version, we also get the Blu-ray version with some special features carried over from the previous blu-ray release. We have beautiful artwork on the steelbook as well as a mini reproduction of the poster. All in all, 5 Stars! Highly recommended viewing for everyone.

Never get tired of Jimmy Stewart. This movie provides a truth ... every life has purpose and meaning. Regardless of circumstance, we each can positively contribute to the well being of others.

4K transfer is amazing. You can really tell the difference with a 120Hz 4K TV.

I really like the movie, and was wondering if color would take anything away. It didn't, although they could have done a Wizard of Oz type Color and Black and White, that might have been interesting. The picture was really good,with excellent resolution, but not over restored. It looked like it should, I felt like I was seeing the original. The color was well done also. There were only a few scenes where I noticed the colorizing. I noticed a little color fringing in a scene or two, and noticed a couple crowd scenes where the skin tones were all very similar. Other than that, it was excellent color. A superb job of restoration that I felt made the movie more enjoyable, and more watchable.

Movie gets better every time you watch it. In 4K it rocks.

Wonderful film with great acting. It pops on Blu-ray, and it's great that it's available in color and its original black and white. A holiday classic for sure.

It isn't the Christmas season without this movie and a true gem in any movie buff or Christmas library.

Great quality and enjoy both the black and white and color editions. Disappointed that it's not widescreen but maybe it wasn't produced that way originally?
