The image looks great. There are imperfections left Over from the negative that adds to the charm. Very nice new restoration documentary.

Great rendition of a timeless classic. The colorized version looks great and so does the black and white version. You'll love it!

Good Blue Ray disks of a great classic movie. It’s fun to compare the colorized version with the restored color version. We still prefer the black and white, although colorization has improved over time.

I love this movie. I got it on a very good sale. I like that it comes with both the color restored version as well as the black and white.

If a movie ever represents Christmas, this one is it... While it was not a popular movie when released, it has been a staple on television during Christmas for many years when the copyright was somehow not renewed, allowing it's free broadcast over the years. George Bailey is a banker whose life is threatened when his uncle loses the deposits of the bank which would force the foreclosure of many home mortgages. A novice angel is assigned to help George out in his time of crisis.

Had to add this one to my collection. A Christmas favorite. Great buy. Great picture. Includes a digital copy. Must buy.

This is a great Holiday classic, it never gets old and its timeless movie at its best, great family film.

What a beautifully restored movie in 4K + Dolby Vision ("HDR")! The 4K disc contains the truly awesome b/w version of the movie in its original aspect ratio (letterbox) along with some supplementals and in 12 different languages and subtitles, whereas the 1080p version contains the colorized version, but only in 3 languages and subtitles. I prefer the original, black & white version, and the 4K restoration is worth the money! High-quality sound as well, but, of course, in Mono.

While I love all the fun and newer Christmas movies, It's a Wonderful Life will always be a favorite for me. It's a great plot that is beautifully done. I love the era and the moral of the story. If you haven't taken the time to sit down and watch the entire thing and have only seen bits and pieces because it has always airs on TV, take the time to watch it, you will love it. All of the discs are great and we can always depend on Best Buy to deliver all of the best DVD options on the movies we love.

An all time classic just got better in 4k. If you like this movie and have 4K capabilities then you must get this

Have always loved watching this movie, every year. Finally decided to buy it and like how it's available in both B&W & color!

For a very old film it looks great in 4k! Hdr is included but not sure what it offers for a black and white film.

....NOT MUCH TO SAY ABOUT AN ICON OF A CLASIC MOVIE REDONE IN 4K AND KEPT BLACK AND WHITE, OUTSTANDING MOVIE.

This is one of my favorite films and this 4k disc is the best it has ever looked. The standard Blu-ray disc that comes with this is unfortunately the old colorized version and not the b&w restored version. I would have given this 5 stars had they put the new Blu-ray in this instead.
