Lost in transit, reported 2 times, still nothing

I used the chat to report the missing item on the 21st, they said it would arrive in a week or so. Never did. Called the phone number 1st week of December and spent 20 minutes on the phone speaking with men in different countries whom said they understood me but yet again no order confirmation and a week later no product… whats going on with best buy service.. im so upset, this has always been my go to spot
