Outstanding set contains both original (aka black and white) and colorized version of the film, in HD. Amazing picture quality. Extras are ported over from the former DVD, but still good. Belongs in every film buff's library!

This classic movie is the best Christmas movie ever. Every person who watches this movie will relate to the characters. The movie comes with the greatest lesson for both women and men.

The colorized version of this movie is fantastic. Sharp picture with the addition of color just makes the Christmas scenes so much more festive.

A classic that will tug at your heart every time. The disc itself is essentially bare bones and no digital copy...but that doesn't matter because you're getting It's A Wonderful Life in HD....and it looks marvelous!

I had to own this movie I've been watching for the past 30 years. I tried to make it a tradition and watch every year around the holidays. This is a must own film. Very heart warming.

It's a classic, but with improved image quality,detail and excellent grey scale, it is worth the investment. And though I don't generally like colorized versions, this one isn't bad.

One of the greatest movies ever. I watch it annually and each time I notice something I had not noticed before. The quality of the transfer typically is excellent (re the black & white version).

Every year I look forward to It's a Wonderful Life being broadcast on television and, sometimes, it's scheduled broadcast and mine don't match up. Now, I can watch it any time and all the time if that is my desire.

Jimmy Stewart really made himself iconic in the portrayal in a man's effort to run a savings and loan only to almost lose this business and then receive a Christmas miracle. Love it.

I used to watch this with family as a kid around Christmas time every year. It is a great classic, just watch it. I didn't realize that this version also brought the black and white and colorized version.

This is a great movie that is always good for Christmas time. I would recommend it as a must buy and it is a great price at best buy. I hate the commercials on tv so I wanted to get it on dvd.
