Great upgrade from the standard one I had

I also enjoy the builtin USB port to charge my phone.

Disappointed Customer

I couldn’t get to the final step. So I attempted to return it to the Skokie location. Since I missed the return date by one day, they would not take it back. I even spoke with a manager. He offered me a like item price wise but I had to pick it right then. They would not give me a credit slip to purchase something later. I was so frustrated — one day late — so I left the package and stormed out of the store. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will NEVER shop at Best Buy again.

Although, if youre going to charge anything with the usb spot, it will do almost nothing to increase the battery.
