I bought it with the intention to use as my work computer charger during a hurricane and it had all the appropriate wattage for my laptop and the charger completely fried my computer. 0/1000 worst experience.

Fast charger that barely able to charge my laptop

Missing item with purchase

Just in Time

(Eric) It took a bit of time on the phone to find one that met my requirements, but he managed to select what would work. (14 day exchange in case it didn't) I really needed it asap and was able to pick it up the next day at a nearby location. It works beautifully, is fairly speedy and seems able to withstand a bit of wear and tear. I was also pleased with the reasonable price.

Plug the charger into a different electrical outlet to eliminate the possibility of a faulty outlet.
