The in store customer rep knew immediately what product I needed. In addition, I was entitled to a partial refund. Very happy customer.

100W total, but not 100W dedicated
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this charger as a two-fold spare charger for my laptop and phone charger, since my living room phone chargers kept disappearing. I have a small gaming laptop that requires 100W charging. This is "technically" a 100W charger, but I didn't take into account that it does not dedicate all 100W to the laptop when needed. It'll charge the laptop under light use, but it only dedicates maybe 45W or so to charging the laptop. I found this out the first time I used it while gaming and it ate through my battery even while plugged in. Guess i need to stick with the charger that came with the laptop. It also got extremely hot while trying to keep up.
