Plug never turn yellow and unit never turn on.

The on-board USB-A connector doesn't allow for the full 100w output, which is the only reason to have one of these chargers. If you need durability, look elsewhere.

The connection to the laptop was loose and continually fell out from the start. The metal is so soft it bends at the slightest pressure as I shift or move the laptop from my lap. I believe it will fail soon as it is difficult to connect. Nothing but problems from Best Buy and their suppliers. I never should have been charged for this item in the first place, and now to find out it is a fraudulent product.
