    The young man at BB was extremely helpful by diagnosing the problem and finding the right solution to fix it. The product purchased was the solution. I give that young man 5 stars!

    Works perfectly with my wife’s HP Spectre! Both cords are long enough to get you away from the electric outlet if needed. I like the right angle connector into the laptop computer.
