    I like it! Does it’s job. I had a non-powered one beforehand and I overloaded it with too many connections. This one handles all 7 nicely on my gaming setup!

    I uses this strip on conjunction with a docking station to provide external storage for my laptop on removable drives. It provides access to several drives containing digital pictures, digital music, and archives of scanned and electronic billilng statements, and regular backups of my c:\Data\* active data directory.

    I recently purchased a new gaming laptop that lacks USB ports unfortunately, so I had to buy a USB HUB for my first time. It works great having my external HDD's connected to it as well as connecting the flash drives for file transfers, but I had to removed my corded mouse from it cause I kept getting disconnects from the HUB. I haven't tried using my printer or external Blue-ray player yet on the HUB, but so far I'm happy with it.

    The item is a solution to the limited number of USB ports my computer has. Now I don't have to continually disconnect a device to add another. I may also buy a second one to allow for charging multiple devices at the same time.

    It worked great for the first 20 to 30 days but it has a portable hard drive cable and the connection with the cable and the connector piece opens up and it doesn't work properly anymore
