Pretty easy to install overall and they look great. Good overall quality too. They’re holding two Samsung 24” monitors with no issues.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I initially put the monitor stand together, I thought it was a quality product that may have been a little overpriced, but worth the money in terms of buying in store, instead of spending hours researching which mount to buy online. However, once I finally mounted my 28” Samsung monitor (which is ONLY 11.2 POUNDS), I quickly found that the aluminum frame around the gas piston twists unbelievably when the top hinge is not straight on. It’s impossible to adjust my monitors because I have to tighten all of the adjustment points as much as possible to prevent my monitors from drooping. If I hadn’t tossed the box before noticing this, I would have 100% returned this garbage.

It’s designed to handle monitors up to 17.6 pounds with smooth adjustments, so a 28” monitor weighing 11.2 pounds should work without these difficulties.
- Double-check that your monitor's VESA mounting pattern aligns correctly with the mount. An uneven or loose VESA mount can also contribute to stability issues.
- Ensure the mount and all fasteners are securely and correctly assembled according to the manual.
- Use the included Allen wrench to adjust the gas spring tension. This step can help balance the weight of your monitor and improve stability.
- While it’s important to secure the joints, over-tightening adjustment points can limit smooth movement and create excessive strain on the frame. Adjust until the monitor holds position firmly but can still be repositioned when needed.

Also only using the clamp. No issues. Solid design. Comes with a bracket and bolts if you want a more permanent mounting option.

As well cant adjust the monitors clockwise nor counter which is what woulf fix the leaning. Height adjustment is low as well. Sucks to me but i use everyday

Posted .The JTSA102 supports monitors up to 32″ and 8 kg (17.6 lb) each. If your Asus 28″ and AW 24″ monitors are close to or heavier than that limit, the arms might struggle to balance correctly.
Even with the 360 rotation and tilt capability, sometimes the joint tension needs adjusting so the monitor doesn’t angle or lean. You may need to loosen/tighten the pivot bolts and ensure each arm is balanced individually.
The height range is determined by the gas-spring and mounting clamp/grommet combination. If you hit a max height that’s still too low, it may be due to how the clamp is mounted (desk thickness) or the mounting pole’s length.

It was a gift for my son. My son went back to college and set up the mount we realized they shipped the incorrect product and will not credit or send addition mount. I paid for a product with 2 and got 1! Never shop at Best Buy! Customer service was HORRIBLE!
