Paid for dual received single mount !

It was a gift for my son. My son went back to college and set up the mount we realized they shipped the incorrect product and will not credit or send addition mount. I paid for a product with 2 and got 1! Never shop at Best Buy! Customer service was HORRIBLE!

The VESA mounting hole pattern on the back of your monitors should match the pattern supported by the mount. If desk space is limited, you may need to experiment with different configurations to find the best setup that accommodates both the mount and your monitors.
