With this mini dock you can add 2 external displays and still connect a USB-C device, 2 USB-A devices, and SD/Micro SD cards. It is good to hear that you like the device.

Just What I Needed!

Then I looked at this docking station. This gives much more flexibility with two USB ports, a charging port and a couple others for a very reasonable price.

HDMI output is excellent, all its ports are functional! the only bad thing is that I have a case on my mac and the adapter does not fit, so I have to remove the case when I am going to use it

Worth it

I sometimes use the other cord but for right now those 2 are my main priority. Definitely recommend it for anyone that owns a Mac book.

Useful attachment, with one reservation

However, my MacBook Pro only has two Thunderbolt ports and this dock covers both of them. As a result, I was unable to plug in the Apple Optical Drive I purchased because it will not operate from a dock, it must be plugged directly into the computer. Had I not needed to own an optical drive, this dock would have suited me fine.

Equipped with all the hookups the new models lack. Hook up multiple USB cables and Memory cards. Definitely a must for many applications like photography making uploading new shots easily! This low profile adapter brings all the necessary connections without sacrificing anything. The build quality is good* and stays firmly in place. I wouldn't recommend using when not on a hard flat surface, as this could damage the lightning ports.

Money saving storage drive.

Storage & data retrieval is a breeze. Highly recommend this to everyone. Only issue was the first time backup seemed to take forever. I did have a huge amount of data in the cloud though.
