Gave me a little trouble when I first got it but has been fine since.

Great for my new Macbook Pro

Great little adapter for attaching my devices
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was spoiled with all the ports in my old iMac, but I was relieved to find something that could reconnect them all (minus an old firewire device that I haven't tried to connect yet). I use an external keyboard and I store iTunes/iPhoto/iMovie files on an external drive so I needed to connect both of those plus the charging cable. I was able to connect all of that and still have a Thunderbolt port left over, possibly for either the old firewire device or an 2nd monitor. Works great!

The JCD382 is a great addition to newer MacBooks that only have USB-C ports. This mini docking station will give you ports that the laptop was not manufactured with.
