Wonderful product

Poor quality for the price

After only a few months, the connections became loose and if you tapped it the wrong way, it would disconnect. I've been playing the "don't touch it" game for close to 6 months now and it finally crapped out this evening. Just gonna buy a connector for USB and buy the other ports when needed at this point. Such a bummer.

Posted .We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you, in order for the JCD382 to work properly, it needs to be inserted all the way in and unfortunately the covers are going to cause discrepancies. But, we are glad to hear it is working as intended, we do also have other devices that connect via a host cable and this way you do not have to remove your cover, if interested, contact the support team on the packaging with questions.

Decent device to get extra ports
