Too bulky with a protective cover on MacBook

If it turns out the dock is hot to the point where it is harming you, please do not hesitate to reach out to support and obtain an exchange under the manufacturer's two year warranty. It is very fragile

j5create designed this mini dock to work specifically work with MacBooks. The slim design of a MacBook does not really allow for larger ports like Ethernet. This mini docking station is a great solution for that. Thanks for sharing your review.

USB Ports Do Not Work

Of course now it's "not returnable" so that is $70.00 in the toilet. Lesson learned to only buy Apple Products. Device itself is nice, great concept having an all in one dock but too good to be true.

Before you give up on the mini dock I would ask you to contact our customer service team to help troubleshoot the device. Our contact information is on the device packaging and on our website under the Support drop down. You can contact us by phone, email, or live chat. In the event that the device is defective it may be covered by a 2 year limited warranty. I hope that we can show you that this device is not too good to be true.

Posted .Properly connecting the JCD382 can be tricky, we understand and apologize. The mini dock requires a full insert to the side of the Mac, once the blue LED light turns on, it is ready for use. If needed, technical assistance can be obtained with support information on the casing and an agent will be happy to lend a helping hand.
