Posted .The j5create Mini Dock should fit jus snug in the USB-C ports of the Mac; in the case that it is slightly loose, I would recommend contacting the support team on the packaging and we would be able to narrow down the issue and offer a solution.

It had to be placed just perfect and any slight movement disconnects all the peripherals attached. I would return it but I tossed the box without thinking. I already bought a different product by anker and it is so much better.
