Before you go out and purchase a replacement I would ask that you contact j5create customer support. Our support team can either troubleshoot the problem with the dock and get it back up and running for you or if the device is defective it may still be covered under warranty. For iOS, we would strongly recommend the JCD383 or the JCD384 as they are both plug and play devices and there is no driver installation required at all. Although the JCD382 is also plug and play and requires no drivers, it does require two USB-C ports for functionality and therefore may not work with your iOS device.
