Manfacturing tolerances are so bad it doesn't fit tight against surface pro, making it all but useless, I needed the microSD but every 30 seconds the connection is lost. Their website is horrible and the support person wrote me back with all the questions that were already on my registration. They even made me get a .jpg (i.e. take a screenshot of the online screen of my receipt from Best Buy.) Asked all sorts of quedtions that were so stupid. they didn't even realize it was made for the Surface Pro!!!!

HDMI failed quickly - tech support?

Can't use with protective case

It's a good idea in theory, but the design is flawed. I would only recommend this if you do not use a case or have a case which does not include edge protection around the side where the USB port is. For me, this was a worthless purchase and I would not recommend it. If the designers would take a case into account, it would be great.

For such situations, we have other adapters that connect via a cable and that will allow proper functionality of the hub in use. Support information is printed on the product casing and if needed a specialist will be glad to provide more information on alternatives for your setup - we value your input.

It would connect but then it wouldn’t hold a steady connection. I am going to try another product from same company also the same product just a different device to see if it was just a faulty individual device. It was very useful when it was working properly
