Works well, seems to be well built, only wish is a non-skid bottom but I applied rubber bumpers and solved that issue

I bought this hub because it is slim and provided the amount of ports I need. I found it works ok for most items, but I had problems with this device causing my ASUS laptop to lock up with some brands of external hard drives - Seagate in particular. I am now running a Samsung external drive with this usb hub and haven't experienced anymore problems. Honestly the issues could be with Seagate too.

Since I keep adding USB devices, the one I bought years ago ran out of ports. I needed more to operate more devices. This is my second one and both are working great, no lag. Needed the 3.0 speeds and I am not disappointed. Getting this freed up two more ports on the computer.

Most laptops are limited on USB ports. Using this device instantly creates an extra port. I will be trying the one that has multiple USB ports. I wanted to try this one in particular using one USB port to see how well it transferred files. Very satisfied.

I keep it plugged into my single USB3 port permanently, to save wear and tear on the port, and for convenience. It supports both usb3 and usb2 devices, at the same time, and gives me high speed for usb3 devices. I have plugged in three devices without using external outlet power, and it works perfectly.

This product made it easy to expand the USB ports available for my computer that only has two ports.

Main reason I bought this was due to its size. What made it even better was its USB3 and the price.

I have this Hub plugged into my Nvidia Shield TV in order to expand the ports and allow for a flash drive and HDD as well as an occasional keyboard/mouse dongle. Works great with no issues.

Works very well, compact size fits anywhere, and the powered hub has enough juice to run a two-USB input gaming keyboard with passthrough. It's compact enough to fit in a laptop bag so we can use it for portable SSD, DVD drives, etc... on the road.

I use this hub with my Surface laptop and it works all connections without any interruption. It travels with me wherever I go. Very nice product to use for multi-tasking and/or working with flash drives, etc.

I use this powered USB Hub to connect various equipment to my iPad for music recording. Small and compact but is built solidly. Used in addition to the Apple USB lightning camera adapter. They work perfectly together.

This replaces an older 2.0 model and is an improvement. For travel, I'd like a model with a retractable cord.

This provided just the needed additions I wanted. It was easy to setup. Works well. The only concern is the length of the USB attachment cord. This limits your ability to attached and place anywhere. The Best Buy staff recommended this hub.

I purchased this particular hub for three reasons...the USB 3.0 speed, the length of the connecting cable and the fact that it doesn't require an external power source. I use it at the office to connect a USB 3.0 Ethernet dongle, external hard drive and a wireless mouse...works like a charm!

I purchased this product to extend my USB 3.0 ports from the back of my desktop up to my desk and it works great. It has external power so you don't overload it and works as I thought it would. Easy to install and portable if I need to take it with me. I love USB 3.0 speed!
